Prepare for Install 

  • Countertops need to be cleared off and ready for removal
  • Remove upper drawers and clean out cabinet under sink and cook top
  • Customers are to turn off and unhook plumbing. If for some reason our installers do so, we are not held responsible for any damages and a charge of $200/hr will incur
  • If you have a cooktop or Gas stove this should be unhooked or turned off for installers. We cannot reconnect your gas stove, but your plumber will be able to reconnect it for you.
  • Faucet and Soap dispenser must be on site for the installers to drill holes
  • The stove needs to be in proximity of the location to double check measurements
  • The final payment is due
  • You should wait at least 6 hours to allow sink to adhere to the countertops for the plumbing to be hooked up
  • Installation may cause incidental dust in the home which should be expected. Any surfaces you want to protect, please cover with plastic
  • Installation of countertops may cause scratches to your walls as the countertops are set in place. Classic Granite will be as careful as we can but any paint repairs or touch ups will be the responsibility of customer      
  • Understand that backsplashes are cut as straight runs. If the wall is not straight or bowed there will be an uneven gap between the backsplash and the wall
  • If we will need to return for any reasons in no compliance to any of the above there will be an added fee
  • Please note: Granite and Marble are natural stones which may have veining, pitting and fissures
  • Wait a day to clean your counters - the sealer applied needs a day to soak in
  • If a haze look starts to appear after the installers leave, rub the counter with a rag
